EBU reaction to draft on RTVS

This week, the European Parliament held its final and concluding vote on the European Media Freedom Act. The final vote was held only 2 days after the Slovak Culture Ministry submitted a bill on the public broadcaster RTVS for inter-departmental review. One of its key points is setting up a programme council, the majority of whose members are to be elected by parliament.
