Both children and adults can look forward to apple hunting, creative workshops where you can make your own candles, and other interactive games. The autumn atmosphere of the castle grounds is completed by a fireplace where you can roast your "catch" or enjoy sweet marshmallows. To warm you up on a cold evening, there is a stall with delicious seasonal hot drinks waiting for you.

Drama Queer 2024 Until 28/10
The DRAMA QUEER theater festival tells and makes visible the lives of LGBTI/Q people in society through a show of theater productions with LGBTI/Q (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer people) themes. It alleviates homophobia/transphobia/biphobia, which is currently gaining momentum again. It is a unique event that has never taken place in Slovakia before.
We are creating a space for a new form of theater, namely queer theater, for people who were previously non-existent, invisible, who are looking for a place for their identity (be it in relation to sexual orientation or gender identity). In this space, their identity will no longer be perceived through the keyhole of shame, trauma and humiliation, but as something special in the structure of their lives.
The Drama Queer Festival is for the general public, the LGBTI/Q community, students, youth and everyone who is interested in celebrating the uniqueness of life.
Exhibition: Haptic echo. Nature, body, politics in the art of the former Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia.
Bratislava City Gallery
In cooperation with several domestic and foreign regional, state and private collections and non-profit associations, the Bratislava City Gallery prepared a thematically focused international exhibition enriched with works from its own collections. The exhibition presents a unique composition of well-known and unknown works of conceptual and performative art. Thematically focused and at the same time extensive in terms of number of works, the curatorial selection accentuates environmental motifs in the art of the 60s to 80s. It develops and confronts the parallel but often intertwined stories of art from two modern European federations that disappeared at the end of the twentieth century. At the exhibition, it is possible to see experimental, investigative, critical and emancipatory artistic practices often going beyond the boundaries of art. The exhibition is accompanied by unexpected situations in the opening of new horizons of cultural exchange between European regions, whose history was once determined by communist ideology, but also by an uncompromising search for freedom.
