Parliament approved a bill that redresses the discrimination ushered in by the retirement caps, against women born in 1957-63, representatives of the coalition declared at a press conference on Thursday. The original constitutional amendment set the retirement cap at 64 years of age, although women are eligible for earlier retirement, calculated as six months for each child they raised. However, the previous rules discriminated against women born in 1957-63, who did not have six months per child raised deducted from their span. That is to change, however.
