The prices of construction work grew by 0.1% month-on-month and by 2.6% year-on-year in August, the Statistics Office reported on Monday. In the first eight months of the year, construction work prices went up by 3% y-o-y. The prices of construction materials went down by 0.2 percent on a month-on-month basis in August, falling by 1.8 percent when compared to July 2019. Prices of construction materials fell by 0.5 percent y-o-y in the January-August period.
