In 2020, car production in Kia Motors Slovakia fell by 22% and the engine production by almost 37%, compared to 2019. Last year the plant based in Teplička nad Váhom, Žilina region, produced 268,200 cars and almost 275,000 engines, the head of the communication and public relations department at the carmaker Tomáš Potoček told the TASR press agency.
