Year-on-year (y-o-y) inflation in February stood at 0.9%, with fuels, fruit, vegetable and tobacco among the items whose prices increased the most, the Statistics Office reported on Monday. Meanwhile, consumer prices increased by 0.3% month-on-month, chiefly due to increases in prices in transport - 1.8%, in which the prices of fuels and oils rose by 4.6%. As for alcohol and tobacco, their prices increased by 1%. Prices decreased only in clothing and footwear, namely by 0.3%.
