Slovak entrepreneurs complain about red tape

Every third entrepreneur in Slovakia says they cannot do business without violating the law, indicates the latest survey of entrepreneurs' opinions regarding the quality of the business environment, which was organized by the Entrepreneurs' Association of Slovakia (ZPS). Most of all, respondents of the survey criticized the quantity of the law and frequent changes which cannot be monitored. In spite of several anti-bureaucratic packages and politicians' declarations, the majority of those polled perceive the conditions for doing business here worse than when they started their business, the association underscored. Moreover, the ZPS sees the need for a radical reduction in the legislative burden.
