Co-operation between Slovakia and the United States in the fight against COVID-19 as well as defence priorities for the upcoming period were the topics of a meeting on Thursday between Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď (OĽaNO) and United States Ambassador to Slovakia Bridget A. Brink. The ambassador also praised Slovakia's fulfilment of its obligations under the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and emphasised the irreplaceable role of Slovak soldiers in international crisis management operations.
