Specialised Criminal Court chairman Jan Hrubala and Judicial Council chairman Jan Mazak have filed a disciplinary motion against Specialised Criminal Court judge Michal Truban over suspicion of partiality in deciding on the remanding in custody of Nitra businessman Norbert Bodor. If the suspicion is confirmed, they propose that Truban should be relegated to a lower court, i.e. to one of the district courts.
