Popular Slovak actor and musician Daniel Heriban has died at the age of 43, Tibor Kubicka, director of the Martin-based Slovak Chamber Theatre (SKD), has confirmed for TASR.
TV Joj was first to report the news, stating that Heriban died at his house in the town of Svaty Jur (Bratislava region). He reportedly had health complications, due to which an ambulance was called. He was complaining of back pain, and had even visited a hospital due to this the day before. The ambulance crew were unable to help him. The actor suffered cardiac arrest.
