The Defence Ministry's defense capabilities head Dalibor Pavolka and his German counterpart Thomas Frankenberger signed a donation contract for two very short-range Mantis air-defence systems on behalf of Slovakia and Germany on Thursday, the ministry's communications department told TASR on the same day. The first of these systems will be delivered within a few weeks. The exact delivery date is subject to negotiations with the Germans.
