Today in the afternoon, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Slovakia for a visit. After talks with President Zuzana Caputova, they will hold a joint press conference, announced president’s Caputova spokesperson Martin Strizinec.
Zelensky continues his visit to Slovakia in a series of visits to countries that support Ukraine. This is his second visit to Slovakia, but the first since the beginning of the Russian military aggression in Ukraine.
President’s spokesperson informed that at the joint talks between the heads of state they will mainly discuss the security situation, including the current situation on the front, as well as further support for Ukraine and its Peace Initiative, Ukraine's proposal for a peaceful solution to end the war. Other topics of discussion will include support for Ukraine's NATO ambitions, including in the context of the forthcoming NATO summit in Vilnius.
