Potential election system change

Parliament Speaker, Peter Pellegrini thinks Slovakia could be inspired by the Czech electoral system. Pellegrini stated this during Thursday’s meeting in Prague, Czech Republic, with Czech Chamber of Deputies Chair, Markéta Pekarová Adamová. The Slovak Parliamentary Chair pointed out that Slovakia has the single-constituency parliamentary elections anchored in its Constitution. According to him, the coalition plans to open a discussion on a potential change of the election system in Slovakia.
