Prime Minister Robert Fico is in Brussels today, Wednesday, and tomorrow. He will attend a meeting of the EU with Western Balkan countries, to discuss their accession to the EU. On Thursday he will meet with Jens Stoltenberg, secretary general of NATO, and attend a meeting of the European Council on supporting Ukraine.
Early in the day, the Prime Minister appeared at a meeting of the parliament’s European Affairs committee. He said the opposition parties were committing "economic treason” by suggesting in Brussels that EU funds should be halted as long as the government tries to close the special prosecutor's office.
