Andrej Babis listend as a spy

Former Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis was listed as a spy in the files of the former communist regime. He sued the National Memory Institute for mentioning this, but lost his case before various courts. Yesterday the Slovak Constitutional Court was the last to turn him down. (TASR)
