The government has the right to have its own nominee at the helm of the Slovak Intelligence Service, said Environment Minister Tomas Taraba in a TV interview on Sunday.
The day before, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on RTVS that the SIS would have a new leader in ten days. He has proposed Pavol Gaspar. He is the son of Tibor Gaspar, the former head of police who is under investigation for alleged corruption.
