The opposition party SaS filed a formal complaint with the Prosecutor-General's Office on Thursday, saying that the appointment of Pavol Gašpar as head of the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) may have been illegal. It says the change in statutes, which allowed the deputy director to take full control, could be against the law.
