SNS proposes unsuccessful presidential candidate Štefan Harabin as a member of the Judicial Council. Harabin was the head of the Judicial Council in 2014. At that time, the ruling Smer-SD divided the position of President of the Supreme Court and the Judicial Council, while Harabin was no longer elected to this position. Opposition is strictly against this proposal and calls out Harabin for his work in judiciary in the past.
