In the second half of 2024 Slovak soldiers are slated to take part in 60 military exercises outside of Slovakia, with additional 43 exercises to take place in Slovakia with the participation of foreign military forces, it follows from a material submitted for comments by the Defence Ministry. Among the major military exercises set to take place on Slovak soil are Falcon Defender IV and Falcon Defender V, with the expected participation of up to 30 soldiers from NATO countries, as well as Information Battlefield Experiment with the participation of up to 100 Alliance soldiers.
