Among the victims of the tragic overnight train collision in Pardubice are 2 Slovak women. The information was confirmed by the Slovak Foreign Ministry. The other two victims are Ukrainians. The train accident occurred on Wednesday (6 June) before midnight. Four people lost their lives and at least 27 were injured. The train was heading from Prague to Košice.
President Zuzana Caputova has expressed her condolences to the relatives and friends of the victims. At the same time, she wished an early recovery to those injured.
