The SIAF International Aviation Days won't be held this year, Hubert Stoksa, SIAF general director and director of the Slovak Aviation Agency, which organises the event, has officially confirmed, criticising a lack of communication by the Defence Ministry. Stoksa denied that in January he had information about the ministry's plan not to hold the aviation days, describing the decision as unilateral and without prior expert discussion.
In spite of everything, the organiser wants to send a clear signal that he will continue to do everything possible to sit down with the Defence Ministry and the Slovak Armed Forces and find a joint solution for future International Aviation Days.
