The statutory representative of Slovak Television and Radio (STVR) will be Igor Slanina. He was appointed to this position, lasting from Monday (July 1) to September 30, by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Peter Žiga (Hlas-SD). Igor Slanina is a former director of the company Media RTVS, which sold broadcasting space for advertising. The opposition points out that there is no one to monitor the new statutory officer and they will take the STVR Act to the Constitutional Court.
