Ukraine should receive an additional eight Zuzana 2 howitzers based on an order financed by Norway, Denmark and Germany by the end of this year, the Defence Ministry's communication department has confirmed for TASR. "Two Zuzana 2 howitzers have been delivered to the Ukrainian armed forces so far, while another eight pieces should be delivered by the end of this year. The remaining six howitzers will be delivered in 2025," said the ministry.
The Ukrainian Army is currently also using eight Zuzana 2 howitzers it has bought from Slovakia through a commercial contract. Zuzana howitzers are made by the state-run Kostrukta - Defence company based in Dubnica nad Vahom (Trencin region).
