Richard Sulík, founder and former head of opposition party SaS, is giving up his mandate as member of parliament. Branislav Gröhling, the chairman of the SaS, made the announcement at Wednesday's press conference. Sulík remains a member of the party and is still its honorary chairman. Karol Galek, who was state secretary of the Ministry of Economy in the previous parliament, will take Sulik’s place.
