Slovak President Peter Pellegrini travelled to Geneva on Tuesday, October 1st, for a one-day visit to the headquarters of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in celebration of its 70th anniversary. During his visit, he will meet with the Slovak scientific community at CERN and the organization’s Director-General, Fabiola Gianotti. In the afternoon, President Pellegrini will attend a welcome ceremony alongside other heads of state and government, followed by bilateral talks with Swiss President Viola Amherd.
