On Sunday, celebrations will take place to mark the 80th anniversary of the Carpathian-Dukla Operation, both in Svidník and at the Slovak-Polish border crossing. The events at the Memorial of the Czechoslovak Army Corps in Dukla and in the town of Svidník will be attended by the President Peter Pellegrini, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Robert Kaliňák, and other state officials.
