The 22nd citizens' assembly organised by the Poprad for Democracy platform will take place in Poprad on Thursday. Participants will meet at 6 PM at St. Egidio Square. Journalist Anna Sámelová and ecologist Ondrej Kameniar will be the speakers.
“Vulgarity, rudeness, arrogance and political arbitrariness are infesting Slovakia. But we are not completely helpless either. We are still here, we are still able to tell the powerful that we do care who, how and where our country is headed. That we don't want autocracy here and that we are still in the streets protesting,” Sámelová invites people to the rally.
