Slovakia has launched its largest-ever business mission to China, led by Prime Minister Robert Fico. From October 30 to November 5, a delegation of 77 Slovak business representatives aims to strengthen investment and trade ties with China. The mission includes four business forums, allowing Slovak companies to present their products, technology, and investment projects to Chinese investors. “I believe that our delegation will open the door for new investment projects and opportunities that will benefit the Slovak economy and support the diversification of our exports,” said Economy Minister, Denisa Saková. Slovakia plans to diversify its exports to China beyond the automotive and electronics sectors, targeting new markets in food, agriculture, mineral waters, alcoholic beverages, IT, AI, and healthcare technology.
