The Week of Science and Technology (TVT) began on Monday and runs until November 17 across various locations in Slovakia. The event includes conferences, lectures, children’s activities, and an awards ceremony. The goal is to bring Slovak science and research closer to the public, especially children and youth. CVTI Director Róbert Gálik emphasized that the work of scientists has a direct impact on our world. The opening ceremony took place at Bratislava Castle, alongside the Science and Technology Festival. Some of the most important events include a children’s day at Aurelium Science Center, expert conferences, and the Science and Technology Awards Gala on November 15. TVT is held under the patronage of the Education Ministry.
