Žiga and Szijjártó reject concerns over language law

According to the Deputy Parliament Speaker Peter Žiga and Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó the proposed amendments to the state language law will not negatively affect the quality of life for Hungary's ethnic minority in Slovakia. After a meeting at Bratislava Castle, Žiga claimed that the government and parliament have no intention of altering the current status regarding minority rights. They also added that the government has no interest in limiting minority language rights.
