President Peter Pellegrini will travel to Latvia for a single-day visit on Wednesday (December 4) and meet Slovak soldiers serving at the military base in Adazi as part of NATO's Enhanced Forward Presence mission, TASR learnt from the President's Office press department.
"The Slovak President is also slated to meet with Latvian head of state Edgars Rinkevics and discuss Slovak-Latvian ties, the pivotal moment of which was the sending of a Slovak military contingent to Latvia in 2017," stated the President's Office.
