Our colleague Gavin Shoebridge is a fan of all things technological, from computers to cars and everything in-between. So, it was only logical that he decided to become the first person in Slovakia to drive across the Slovak Republic and back in a battery powered car. The twist? The car he used was a low-range electric car, only designed to stay within the city limits.
Gavin began on the other side of the border in Austria on the far west of the country, then drove across the border into Ukraine on the far east of the country, before making the journey back to the Austrian border. We're still not sure why he did it, but it makes for entertaining listening!
