April the 18th is the European Day of Patients' Rights and given the fact that there is a Chart of Patients' Rights in Slovakia's legislation, in force since 2001, Anca Dragu was curious to hear how it is respected in practice in this country and she started by asking a few ordinary citizens what do they know about their rights as patients.
