Researchers within the Slovak Academy of Sciences are working with the emerging superstar of substances, graphene, to manipulate it into detect cancer. Gavin Shoebridge spoke to researchers Dr. Mária Omastová and Nikola Bugárová from the Polymer Institute, to find out more about this project named Gonanoplatform, and how this substance could be used in the fight against cancer.
