Illegal rubbish dumping is a global problem and many believe there's not much that can be done about it. Local police and city council members can't be everywhere at once, so it's understandable some might assume trash or building waste sitting in forests is a fact of life. Well, not any more, thanks to a Slovak innovation that's slowly taking the world by storm. It's a mobile application called Trashout, and it's using crowd-sourcing to 'take out the trash' in our cities and towns. Gavin Shoebridge has more.
