Actor, entertainer, singer, theatre director. For 20 years, Ivan Krajicek was producing three radio programs broadcast in the entertainment prime time of the socialist country’s media – Sunday morning. In the second half of the 1980’s, TV audiences loved the program “Disco for the elderly” featuring evergreens in new arrangements. These were sung by many half-forgotten stars that launched a comeback thanks to this show. In 1991, 1993, the title changed from disco to another phrase evoking its goal to target an older audience, matched to their musical tastes. This successful concept had led to the production of a show that became a mega hit of TV entertainment in this country – Encore!
