Slowfood at Degustorium festival in South Slovakia

Degustorium is the largest slowfood festival in Slovakia. After four years in Bratislava, the festival now took place in Kravany nad Dunajom in the south of Slovakia. On the programme, there were tastings and lectures and smells and tastes. Ben Pascoe paid a visit to the festival to smell and taste for himself and find out more about what slowfood means.
