On October 29, Prešov University and its Centre for Languages and Cultures of National Minorities organized a conference titled Minority Languages and Education in Slovakia: History, Current Status, and Perspectives. The two-day event was attended by professors and education experts from across Slovakia, as well as from the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Canada. For Radio Slovakia International, we asked the speakers about their contributions and their views on how to intergrate languages other than Slovak to the education system.
