Finding oneself stuck at home during a state-imposed lockdown was quite a unique experience for most of us. A uniting experience felt by people not only across the country, the continent, but across the whole world. It was a sudden mixture of stress, excitement, worry, and for some perhaps also relief. Working from home became the new norm. But not all professions could be done while at home. That was the situation that Eva Furikova, a young Slovak living in Bristol has found herself in, once the UK went into lockdown. She decided to get involved from her kitchen.
