The Office of the Public Defender of Rights recently published a report on the problems they have uncovered at the departments of the Foreigners' Police across the country. Among the highlighted issues are the long queuing times and lower English proficiency of the front-desk staff. Police claim they are doing what they can and think that the report is "cherry-picking" only some parts of the complex system. And what about the foreigners?
