A train from the Slovak Railway Company (ZSSK) will symbolically carry the Light of Bethlehem across Slovakia on Saturday December 18. However, as a result of the pandemic situation, it will not be possible to obtain the light at individual stations or even on the train. The Light of Bethlehem accompanied by scouts will be carried by an express train leaving Bratislava at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday and going to Kosice. The Slovak scouts received the light from their Austrian colleagues on Saturday December 11. The scouts distribute the Light of Bethlehem across Slovakia, making it available in as many towns as possible.
