On March 8 we observe International Women's Day. This global holiday brings attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women. On March 8, Jazdím Čiernu Stredu (or I Ride Black Wednesdays) female cycling club opens its season in Bratislava. The main aim is to empower women through bike riding.
