To develop one's personality and grow: these goals are central to the Duke of Edinburg International Award, a programme launched by Prince Philip that is spread around the world. Slovakia is one of the participating countries. Reflecting on the current situation and an increased number of Ukrainian refugee children, they launched the Stand by Me sub-programme in the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia with the aim of integrating the children into the society. Martin Kojda is a high school student and a successful participant of the Duke of Edinburg Award and he will tell us more:
