More than 70% of Slovaks experienced stress in the last year

Stress has always been here. It is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The survey conducted by Pilulka pharmacy group and Behavio research agency from October 2023 showed that 77 percent of Slovaks felt stressed or mentally unwell in the last year. On the other hand, almost a quarter of respondents hardly experienced these feelings. The survey was carried out in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria on a sample of 1,000 respondents from each country.
