The administrator of the deposit system has described the upcoming changes to the PET bottle and can collection law as unconstitutional. This comes as the reaction to the amendment to the law on advance payment, which was put into the short tracked inter-ministerial comment procedure by the Environment Ministry. It is no longer only the opposition that is criticising the resort's actions, but also the Interior Ministry. The Environment Ministry run by Tomas Taraba (SNS nominee) defends the proposal on the grounds that, if passed, it will strengthen the transparency and position of the state in the PET bottle and can deposit system. However, the Ministry of Finance also has reservations about the proposal.
