Slovak race-walker Matej Tóth was supposed to defend his world title in the 50km walk at the Athletic World Championships in London, yet instead he went for a hearing before the Disciplinary Board of the Slovak Athletic Union. There he submitted expert arguments against his suspension due to irregularities in his biological passport. The ball is now in the Disciplinary Board's court.
