On Sunday, October 7, the famous National Hockey League franchise Chicago Blackhawks dedicated its pre-game ceremony to honouring the life and career of the late Stan Mikita. The Slovak-born hockey legend, hall of famer and still one of the best ranked players of Chicago, passed away on August 7 this year, at the age of 78.
