When the world learned the news that the phenomenal Argentinian football player Diego Maradona had died of heart failure on November 25 at the age of 60, the news of his passing also hit the Slovak football, fans, players as well as the officials. It was a unique experience to meet Maradona in person, and only a few people from Slovakia were the lucky ones. In the following feature colleagues from the sports section of RTVS compiled some of those rare memories.
