Slovak shooter Marian Kovacocy advanced on Thursday at the ISSF Shooting World Championships in Baku to the trap finale and hence secured his spot in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Four top shooters in the World Championships will qualify for the 2024 Olympics. Among the Slovak shooters who have qualified for the Olympics are Zuzana Rehak-Stefecekova (trap), Patrik Jany (10 Air Rifle Men), Vanesa Hockova and Danka Bartekova (both skeet).
