The Slovak football team won their opening match of the European Championship E-group over the favoured Belgium 1:0. In Frankfurt, winger Ivan Schranz was the only one to score in the seventh minute. Slovaks conceding a goal by the VAR video system, which revealed Romelu Lukaku's offside in the first half and Lois Openda's hand in the end. The team will next meet Ukraine on Friday at 3:00 p.m. in Düsseldorf.
